Before joining the firm, she built expertise in Key Account Management and Business Development, later transitioning into HR where she quickly discovered her passion for connecting people and opportunities.

At Minds&More, Sofie partners with senior leaders to link their organizations with top freelance and consulting talent across Marketing, Sales, Communication, Finance, HR, Operations, and C-level leadership.
