She works with a wide range of organizations, from family businesses to listed companies and private equity-backed firms.

Ilse holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics and studied at the European School of Brussels. Fluent in Dutch, English, and French, she builds long-term partnerships that deliver measurable impact and sustainable results.
